Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your RollForGoal account and associated data.
Before publication: this page needs a working monitored email and must match the deletion flow implemented in the app and backend.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address connected to your RollForGoal account.
- Use the subject “Delete my RollForGoal account”.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What will be deleted
Your account, profile details, authentication sessions, memberships, predictions, reactions and other personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymised, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
What happens to groups
Groups or games you own may need to be deleted or transferred before the account can be removed. The final in-app deletion flow will explain the exact result before you confirm.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm when the request is complete or explain if a legal exception requires limited information to be retained.
